TCHG-0004 Cannabis Hardware Corpus Completion

Completed the Cannabis Hardware device corpus begun in TCHG-0003’s sibling work, taking the manufacturer from partial coverage to a fully classified catalog.

  • Added ten device records: the current ZenLeaf diffuser heads VMAX (TED-0044), VMAX Injector (TED-0045), and Mercury (TED-0036); the pre-ball FlowerPot heads Showerhead (TED-0037) and Vrod (TED-0038); the first two ball-vape generations, the Baller (TED-0039) and the Screen Baller (TED-0040); the Zion base station (TED-0041); and the cordless 20 mm-coil heads Pulse (TED-0042) and Swift (TED-0043).
  • Recovered the pre-ball lineage from archived NewVape and Cannabis Hardware listings, establishing NewVape-era part numbers and observed listing windows in place of unpublished release dates.
  • Established that a deliberately unmodeled SKU is recorded with the rule that excludes it, so that omissions are decisions rather than gaps. A sweep of the manufacturer’s full ZenLeaf and FlowerPot collections found no further substantive platform unmodeled.
  • Corrected three attribution errors: the MOAB Essentials Kit bundles the Mercury (part 3518), not a VMAX (part 3574); the archived “B-2 Head Assembly” page carries the Baller’s description, so neither its “Introduced in Aug-2021” line nor its ball figures are B-2 specifications; and the B1 head was listed from 2021-10, with the 2022-02 date belonging to the kit.
  • Recorded the ZenLeaf Rev 2 heat-deflector plate (2023-11-29) identically across all four second-generation station records.
  • Corrected the second-generation ZenLeaf station status from Current to discontinued, distinguishing manufacturer-stated discontinuation (Nova, Fusion) from delisting evidence (Whisper, Bliss).
  • Documented that Boris caps relations at sixteen per page, and that a manufacturer record therefore indexes its devices through prose and the family lineage guide rather than a reciprocal relation list.
  • Cross-linked the Device Architecture Taxonomy (TREF-0004) and the Cannabis Hardware Family Lineage (TGDE-0006) as standard and reference application.
  • Reallocated the VMAX pair from TED-0034/TED-0035 to TED-0044/TED-0045 before merge. The original numbers were allocated in parallel with the device taxonomy wave-02 lane, which merged first and used them for the Storz & Bickel Volcano Classic and Volcano Hybrid. Canonical IDs are immutable once merged, so the unmerged lane moved.
