Lineage Notes

  • The E-Nano OG was the first log-form-factor device from EpicVape, following the whip-style EV-2 1.
  • The EV family (EV-1 beta c. 2010–2011; EV-2 c. May 2012) used a whip interface with an analog dial and Boost button; the E-Nano pivoted to the glass-stem log form factor 1.
  • Superseded by the E-Nano NXT (c. 2024), which reworked the thermals and added a weighted base 1.

Safety & Use Notes

  • Manufacturer guidance (E-Nano Quick Start Guide, applies across the family — the guide does not distinguish OG from NXT/XL): never use alcohol- or citrus-based cleaners on the wood body, as they damage the natural shellac finish; the unit is designed to be run 24/7; never leave a glass stem resting on a hot heater port; black spots on the stem indicate combustion from too high a dial setting or too slow a draw 6.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and unit-specific 4.
