Regulatory Overview
Oklahoma’s medical marijuana program (State Question 788, 2018) is administered by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority. HB 3143 (2026) extended the moratorium on new commercial licenses to August 1, 2028, unless the OMMA executive director determines that pending reviews are complete. New OMMA rules took effect July 11, 2026. Adult use is not legal; registered patients may cultivate at home within limits.
