Interface Stability Note
The license search API is exposed by the DCC’s public license-lookup application
(search.cannabis.ca.gov) and is undocumented.
It paginates via pageNumber (not page) and returns at most 1,000 rows per
request. This archive treats it as potentially unstable: every retrieval is
captured with checksums, while raw and normalized payloads remain private and
unpublished. The sync fails without publishing if the response shape changes.
