Safety Notes

  • DynaVap’s FAQ instructs users to stop heating “if more than 6 seconds pass without hearing the click” with a torch, and never to apply heat past the click — doing so can permanently damage the cap 2.
  • The Captive Cap and tip reach the device’s highest temperatures immediately after heating; DynaVap’s guidance is to wait for the audible cool-down click before handling the cap or emptying the bowl 2.
  • Use only butane-fueled jet lighters or a DynaVap-compatible induction heater as the heat source; the device carries no batteries or mains connection and has no built-in thermal cutoff 2.

Warranty & Service

  • DynaVap offers a limited lifetime warranty on functional metal/components and on replacement parts; caps, CCDs, O-rings, and accessories are excluded 6.
  • Device is fully user-serviceable and disassembles without tools.

Cleaning & Maintenance Protocol

  1. Disassembly: Remove Captive Cap, tip, condenser, and fluoroelastomer o-rings.
  2. Cleaning: Soak stainless steel stem, tip, and condenser in isopropyl alcohol. Do not soak the Captive Cap in alcohol or water; DynaVap recommends cleaning the cap with a swab, not soaking 7.
  3. Reassembly: Lubricate o-rings with DynaWax or hemp oil and reassemble condenser into stem body.

Accessories & Consumables

  • Wand Induction Heater
  • Replacement Stainless Steel CCD Screens
  • High-Temp O-Ring Kits
  • DynaCoil (concentrates)
