Cannabis Hardware VMAX Ball Vape (TED-0044)

    Technical Specifications

    Property Specification
    Manufacturer Cannabis Hardware, LLC
Family ZenLeaf (cordless wireless diffuser heads — current-generation standard/female head)
Component Role (TREF-0004) Heater head — cordless standard/female (22 mm) diffuser; heated by a ZenLeaf base station (25 mm axial coil); no power source on the head itself
Part Number 3574 (housing); variants 3574-9465 (Exotic Cocobolo Wood by Ed’s TNT, $155) and 3574-9508 (Basswood, $137) 1
Delivery Mode (TREF-0004) water-tool — head seats in a bowl, draw passes through a water piece
Release Period Listed by the manufacturer from 2025-09-23, published 2025-10-02 1
Heating Method Hybrid — ball-assisted convection with a manufacturer-documented conduction contribution. The manufacturer states the added titanium mass “isn’t just about strength — it’s a deliberate design choice that improves heat soaking performance,” and that leaving the head on the bowl for extended preheat lets users “add conduction to the equation, layering even more intensity onto the convection experience” 1
Heat Source 25 mm axial coil inside a ZenLeaf base station (heat from bottom and sides, per family architecture) 2
Temperature Control PID on the ZenLeaf base station (built-in or external) 2
Configurations Two manufacturer-named configurations, switchable by the user Flavor Mode — 22 mm Quartz Insert (9498) fitted; holds up to 215 x 3 mm rubies; “emphasizes clean, responsive heating,” preserving “the subtle terpene profile of your material.” Performance Mode — insert removed, chamber filled with additional rubies for up to 355 x 3 mm rubies; “dramatically improves heat retention,” faster recovery between draws, more stable temperature during longer or consecutive sessions 1
Airflow Screens Custom quartz screens with 37 airflow holes 1
Head Material Grade 2 titanium housing 1
Included Components VMAX Grade 2 Titanium Housing (3574); quartz screens (37 holes); 22 mm Quartz Insert (9498); Ed’s TNT 2.5” Cocobolo handle (9465); ≈215 x 3 mm rubies (9422); internal 22 mm retaining clip. Manufacturer footnote on the product page: “*Started shipping with quartz insert 11/10/25” 1
Power None on head — heated by a ZenLeaf base station (AC mains)
Warranty 1-year metal on the base station per manufacturer warranty page; head-specific warranty terms not separately published 3

    Family Context

    • VMAX is the current-generation standard/female (22 mm) cordless diffuser head in the ZenLeaf lineup, occupying the role Mary (ZenLeaf Mary, TED-0026) held in the first generation. The manufacturer does not publish a generational-succession statement for VMAX the way it does for the Mercury (“second generation Female Flower Diffuser” — see TED-0036); this record treats VMAX↔Mary as a documented family lineage (relates_to), not a manufacturer-asserted supersedes 12.
    • VMAX is bundled with the Airstream base station under the correct part number: the Airstream Essentials Cordless Ball Vape Kit (8072) lists “VMAX Ball Vape Head (3574)” alongside the “Airstream Desktop Base Station (3556),” and carries a “Rev 3/5/26” note stating these kits “started shipping with the VMax Head” 4.
    • MOAB pairing is NOT confirmed for this SKU. The MOAB “X Pattern” Essentials Ball Vape Kit (8065) product page describes pairing the MOAB with “the Mercury Flower Diffuser” in prose, but its “Bundle Includes” list mislabels part 3518 — the Mercury (TED-0036; listed 2024-04-02, eighteen months before VMAX was listed 2025-09-23) — as “VMAX Cordless Ball Vape with 3mm Rubies and Cocobolo handle (3518).” This is a dated manufacturer copy error, not evidence that VMAX (3574) is the MOAB kit’s bundled head; this record deliberately omits a relates_to=devices/TED-0032 relation on that basis. See TED-0036 Family Context for the full resolution and see this worker’s report for a flagged correction request against TED-0032 5.
    • Sibling head, same platform: the VMAX Injector is the injector-style (male) counterpart 1.
    • A French retailer’s mirrored listing (lacentralevapeur.com, reference “CH_3574”) independently republishes the SKU, the 355-ruby capacity, the 37-hole quartz screens, and the heat-soaking/conduction language, corroborating 1 from a second source as of the page’s last-crawled state. This is a secondary retailer source, cited only for corroboration, not as primary evidence 6.

    Safety Notes

    • Manufacturer ZenLeaf warnings apply: the base and heated heads are burn hazards; do not leave the station or a hot head unattended 23.
    • Manufactured by Cannabis Hardware, LLC.
    • Sibling head, same platform: VMAX Injector Ball Vape (injector/male counterpart).
    • Sibling current-generation ZenLeaf head: Mercury Female Flower Diffuser.
    • Documented base-station pairing: Airstream (correct-SKU Essentials kit).
    • Family lineage, not a manufacturer-asserted succession: ZenLeaf Mary, first-generation standard diffuser.
    • Unconfirmed/contradicted pairing: ZenLeaf MOAB — see Family Context; TED-0032’s existing “kit includes Vmax diffuser” language is likely a manufacturer-copy-error inheritance and may need integrator review.
