Engineering & Architecture

  • Heating Method: Ball-assisted convection; air passes through a bed of 3 mm or 4 mm ruby (occasionally sapphire/quartz/SiC) balls heated by an enail coil 34.
  • Temperature Control: External or integrated PID controllers (CH PID, Auber RDK 300A/300B); manufacturer FAQ lists a 550–800 °F operating range for wired heads, with recommended set points (e.g., 580–600 °F for B0) published per model 5.
  • Heat Source: 20 mm enail coil (FlowerPot), 25 mm axial coil (ZenLeaf base stations incl. MOAB), or integrated coil (Airstream) 156.
  • Chamber Materials: Grade 2 titanium heads; B2 adds a SiC or sapphire dish; wireless bases are 6061 aircraft aluminum (per manufacturer) 31.
  • Certifications: No CPSC, FDA, or state recalls located as of 2026-08-08; “Certified Materials” claims on product pages are not backed by published certificates on the manufacturer site 7.

Warranty & Service

  • 1-year warranty on metal components; 30-day on coils; 1-year on CH PID controllers; glass excluded; warranty is non-transferable and requires shipping to the manufacturer 8.
  • No user-facing firmware update process is documented for the built-in PIDs 7.

Deliberately not modeled

Recorded here so the omissions are decisions rather than gaps, per TREF-0004:

  • B-rod Mod — a customer modification of the Vrod, not a Cannabis Hardware product 4.
  • Screen Baller (3408) — a named generation in the manufacturer’s lineage blog, but its listing sold only the diffuser and a screen, with no top, and the same part ships today inside the B2 and B1 heads as the “22mm ‘Standard’ Diffuser”. A marketing name does not promote a component to a model (rule TAX-06). Recorded as a lineage stage on the Baller and B2 records 9.
  • Clampy (3513) and the Clampy Essentials Kit (8067) — Clampy is a DIY coil post (a stand-role component sold “as assembly only”, with no coil, head, or PID); the kit is a retail bundle excluded by rule TAX-05 10.
  • Coils, PID controllers, bowls, posts, screens, handles, sleeves, cases, and bangers — component roles under TREF-0004, recorded in the spec tables of the heads and stations that use them.
  • Retail bundles — the B1 kit (8043/8044), B-Zero bundle (8068), MOAB Essentials Kit (8065), and Airstream Essentials Kit (8072) are SKUs of models already recorded above.

A sweep of the full ZenLeaf (34 products) and FlowerPot (43 products) collections on 2026-08-08 found no further substantive, separately-purchasable platform unmodeled.
