Rev 2 (2023-11-29): the manufacturer’s ZenLeaf Engineering Update (Revision Log) documents a snap-on aluminum plate that “will complement the heat shield by further reflecting radiant heat coming from the coil.” The plate can be retrofitted to existing units and comes pre-installed on newly manufactured units.
